Our History
Financial Forms and Services, Inc. started in 1993 when contracted to build out a large lender's electronic forms library.
Since then we have continued to develop dozens of customized form inventories. We have also been contracted for forms conversion
projects, compliance research and forms review. Each relationship we have is unique as our approach is
consulative rather than product driven.
Financial Forms and Services was created by Peggy O'Keefe. Ms. O'Keefe began her career after graduating
from Michigan State University when she was hired by a large regional bank as an internal auditor where she learned
all aspects of banking. When the bank purchased a mortgage company she was drafted to set up their compliance
department. Over the next 5 years her duties increased to included overseeing quality control, underwriting, product
development. She was then hired by a large forms vendor specializing in mortgage forms as their compliance officer
and general manager worked closely with its fledgling electronic forms division. There she was able to intregrate
her background with this new E-Form technology. In order to fulfill a need for customized design and compliance
services she established Financial Forms and Services, Inc. which serves dozens of clients and has developed thousands of
forms with a team of designers.
